Delivery & Shipping Policy
How long does it take to deliver?
Our Delivery & Shipping Policy is quite simple. We will deliver as soon as possible. We have stock ready to go of all of our items.
During busy periods we may have to make the item you have ordered but we will maintain accurate stock records in the shop section of the web site so you will have prior warning if your item needs to be made prior to dispatch.
If an item is out of stock the product page will reflect this and will not allow you to complete an order for that item.
All orders will be processed within 2 working days. Some custom items take 2 days to make but as a general rule your order will be processed within 1-2 days and shipped on the next available posting day.
Unless by prior arrangement all deliveries are sent via Royal Mai.
On check out you will be given several options on what type of delivery you would like.
Currently (as off Feb 2020) these are set as:
1st Class “signed for” Royal Mail @£4.95
2nd Class “signed for” Royal Mail @£3.95
2nd Class standard Royal Mail @£2.95
Royal Mail worldwide@£13.95
Free shipping (on orders over £30.00)
but are subject to change to reflect any increases by Royal Mail.
Please note, the delivery options are triggered depending on the value of your shopping cart so you may not see all of the options every time you check out.
