How long does it take to deliver?

We will deliver as soon as possible. We have stock ready to go of all of our items but we also operate from a narrow boat so we are not blessed with the biggest warehouse in the world. During busy periods we may have to make the item you have ordered but we will maintain accurate stock records in the shop section of the web site so you will have prior warning if your item needs to be made prior to dispatch.

If an item is out of stock the product page will reflect this and will not allow you to complete an order for that item.

Do you take on commissions?

Yes. We are happy to produce small or large batches of any of our products and are happy to discuss a new product idea you may have. We are also happy to produce a custom label if the item is for a special occasion. We also produce wedding favours.

Can I collect an item?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Please contact us and we’ll let you know where we are moored!

Do you attend fates, fairs and festivals?

Yes. If you know of any events or are organising an event and would like us to attend please get in touch … especially if it is local community event.
